Why I can't play with desktop recently?

During past week, I cannot play with desktop but no problem at all with mobile. It said "An error gas occurred. We are doing our best to fix it, please try again in a monent."

I am also receiving the same message as Helen got in March 2018. Can play on phone and kindle but not desktop. Has King been hacked? I am not in hong kong

Hi Helen, the message that you are receiving seems to be coming from players in Hong Kong. The King team is fully aware of this glitch and they are trying their best to resolve it so please hang in and hopefully it can be fixed shortly.

Helen there is a problem in Hong Kong where the game isn't loading. King is aware of it and they are trying to fix it now.
