Hi Shirley, are you still having trouble syncing? Are you playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress? If you haven't that might be an issue. Try to clear out the history on both of your devices and then shut them down for about 10 seconds. Reopen them and hopefully if you have been playing through either one of these then just log out and log back in and it should bring you back to your progress. If you haven't been using either one of them, please write back here so that I can give you further direction.
