I was in first place in contest it ended last night by over 200 points and never progressed never got anything for it what is doing these contests when they do not count my players number is 1031899113 this is not the first time it happened

Thanks for writing back Debbie. You are referring to Dexter's Delight and the striped contest.
To qualify for the reward, you must have been in the top 3 on the Leader Board at the exact time when the challenge finished. It cannot be at any point during the event. When it ends, you will be able to see where you ranked and then the rewards will be paid out. If you didn’t wait until the event ended, then you might have been bumped down in the rankings by others who played to the end.
The next time you play this contest please wait until the end and if you see that you are in the top three please take a print screen and upload it here on King Care. If you get the pop up box saying that you won and you don't get the rewards please try to take the print screen and upload it so that we can see what's going on.
