missing prizes after 'special events' placement
Been happening frequently, but am finally annoyed enough to ask for help. The 'special event' challenges that hop you from island to island...On at least two..maybe three occasions when I do place high enough to win a prize I don't receive it. Any help with this?

Hi Grrrrrrr, I love your nickname! How cool is that? The Dexter Delight requires you to collect striped candies. From your message when you said that you placed high enough I am assuming that you were one of the top 3 correct?
To qualify for the reward, you must have been in the top 3 on the Leader Board at the exact time when the challenge finished. It cannot be at any point during the event. When it ends, you will be able to see where you ranked and then the rewards will be paid out. If you didn’t wait until the event ended, then you might have been bumped down in the rankings by others who played to the end. Please keep this in mind for future challenges!
Next time that you play this challenge wait until the challenge ends and if you are still one of the top 3 please take a print screen showing that you were at the top and send a new message stating that it said you should have gotten the reward but it didn't show up.

These events were done with me placing in the top three. If I place lower and only win a booster, I receive that. Seems like the problem is when I place top three and receive a unlimited time or booster prize (just saw that one..nice addition!). I get the splash screen , hit the claim prize button and the right back to game with no prize.
Will try to grab a screen shot next time.
