Hi Jackie, sorry to hear that this happened to you. I am going to elevate this to a King Admin who will look into your account and try to get you back to your current level.
Was somebody else using the new phone and played the game before you got it? Try deleting the game and Facebook app from the new device, re start it, install the game app and see if that helps.
