I’m on candy crush level 725 and the clock doesn’t work. Instead of counting down, 1 second=1 move

the clock doesn’t count down like a normal clock. It will decrease by one second per move. This has happened on previous levels and I had crazy high scores because I couldn’t get the clock to go down to zero. Eventually, I got it down to zero but on level 725 I can’t. Please help

Hi Gapeach !! You could always stop playing once you get 1 or 2 stars, and just let the clock run out. That's what I do when I get a timed level that just keeps counting, or looping. Just a suggestion, but it's always worked for me. Good luck !!

That’s the problem, the clock won’t continue down to zero by itself. I tried on my iPad and my iPhone and I have the same issue on both devices. The only way the clock will count down is if I make a move

Hi Gapeach, Tracy is correct that you need to let the clock run out but from you are writing the clock doesn't go down to zero? I just tried the level and it worked for me. It said that I needed 750,000 and I got more than that and I let the clock run out. Let's try this - clear out the history on your phone. Then shut it down and wait for 10 seconds. Then open it again and open the game. If you are playing through Facebook or the Kingdom log out and then log back in. Please write back here to let us know if it worked or if we have to find another resolution for you.

Hi Elsa,
i use my iPad 99.5% of the time. I rebooted the iPad but unfortunately it still didn’t work. I finally got through the level with a score of 23 billion. Yes, that is correct, 23 billion. I also had to use many, many lollipops just to get to the end. I know there are several of these types of levels so I would like to truly fix this problem.

If this happens to you with another level please write back here because no one has reported a glitch of it moving one second for each move. Maybe it was just a one time thing so let's keep our fingers crossed that it won't happen to you again.
