Hi David, sorry for the delay in responding. Have you been playing the game through Facebook the entire time because then your progress would be saved. Let's try this - are you clearing out the history on your mobile device every day? That's a very important first step. Then shut down your mobile device, wait about 10 seconds and then turn it back on. Now open the game and log out of Facebook and log back in. You should be back to your current level. If you aren't, please write back here so that I can give you further direction.
