my son bought life on candy crush. A refund has already been asked and promised but nothing is happening why

    Your son can contact us through the game app as well:

    - Open the game- Tap on the left bottom corner- Tap the cog wheel - " Help Center"- Choose the appropriate category - Select "Contact us" at the bottom
