deleted candy crush app accidentally and need to retrieve

Due to the data breach on facebook, it was suggested that you delete 3rd party apps from your phone. I accidentally deleted the candy crush app losing ALL my progress. I reinstalled the app and it took me to level one. I was on level 1300+! After a little research, I signed up for a "kingdom" account? But I don't think I had it BEFORE to save my progress. Is there a way to retrieve my progress?

Hi Judy, sorry for the delay in responding. Were you playing on Facebook before deleting the app? Facebook does save your progress and also you can sync your Facebook progress with your Kingdom account. See if you can sync the two with this tip: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/how-can-i-transfer-my-progress-from-facebook-to-the-king-website
If you never played through Facebook then please write back here and I can try to elevate it to a King Admin that might be able to help you resolve this.
