No more help chat?

What happened to the Help chat box Kingcare use to have? I find it useful as my questions for queries are answered whereas the questions I wrote on the forum are never answered by Kingcare even if there is a technical glitch.

Hi Lorna, sorry for the delay in responding.  I'm not sure why they took the chat box away but there are Superstars, such as myself, that come here daily to try helping resolve players' issues.  It sometimes takes a big longer to get to your issue because Candy Crush Saga has the most players from all their games so more issues are reported.  We are trying our best to play catch up with some older unresolved issues.  Please don't hesitate to write back her with any issues in the future and we will try our best to respond in the shortest time possible.
