Purchased piggy bank for money but no bank in my game

I purchased a piggy bank for $3.17 but the bank is grayed out BUT there's still an option for me to purchase another piggy bank for $2.99. The purchase shows up in my Microsoft account. Is the bank useless and my money is gone? I called Microsoft support and Xbox game support. No one seems to be able to offer help. I reset my windows game, signed out and back in again, cmd prompt as admin and reset windows game, and redownloaded the game. I know you said no refunds, but this is the most time and trouble I've wasted $3.17 on and I'd like my money back. Cindy

BUYER BEWARE!!!   In talking to fellow players, I found out that the $3.17 ($2.99 plus tax) is NOT for purchasing a piggy bank, but for BREAKING the piggy bank to be able to use the gold bars that you already earned.  When your future gold bars accumulate to 60 , it's full again and you must PAY AGAIN to break that bank to get at the gold bars, and over and over each time. You can "spend" the gold bars for a chance at an extra free spin (beware, it may take multiple tries at 10 gold bars a try) if you're close to finishing a level. This is TOTALLY NOT explained at the time of purchase and I feel it's COMPLETELY DECEIVING. I will NOT be purchasing anything in this game again. I thought buying this piggy bank would add a permanent function to the game, or pay for an upgraded version of the game, but this is just an ongoing ploy to establish a permanent money stream from players.  I'd rather there was NO Candy Crush Saga than have a game that totally misrepresents what purchases are for. Asking King employees for help is useless, because even IF they know the answer, they know you won't like it, so no one is one bit helpful!
