Gifts and messages lost

I got a new phone & installed FB and then candy crush. However I had 700+ gifts & messages and lost them all. Can this be fixed?

I have a link here that explains why boosters and lives do not get synced over.
If you still have the old device, you can still use them on there

Thanks ... I guess I had it all synced, just didn't know lives did not move with new devices.
