My Mother has lost her game progress due to phone reset. She had completed 300+ Levels and now she has to start again from Level. She doesn't have Facebook and gmail account to link also. Is it possible to fix this issue using device ID.

Fist off, she has to download the game app, pass the first level and connect it to either Facebook or Kingdom. Once done, reply back to my private message with the email address she used to connect the game and we'll restore her game back to level 300+. Keep an eye on the envelope next to your profile picture.
If she remembers the exact level, that would be great.
