i am unable to play candy crush saga on my laptop as it is showing that an error has been occured and we are trying to resolve it.how to resolve this?

Hi Sudha, sorry for the delay in responding. Are you still having this issue? You haven't given me enough information to respond to you. Where are you playing the game - mobile or computer? Are you playing through Facebook or the Kingdom? If you are still having this problem can you please do a print screen and upload it here so that I can offer you further direction.
