Another Impossible Candy Crush 3242! Please look into this level ASAP! Why mine only 18 moves?

Why is it that my 3242 only has 18 moves whereas Some of the gamers have 23?

I have already passed the level but what I don't understand is why are people have different moves? I took so long to have it solved cos I have only 18 moves whereas some of my friends breeze thru cos they have 23 moves. Isn't it unfair for players playing the same levels having different moves? I am far behind my friends because mine seems to always have the lesser moves at most levels.
