Treasure key rewards not being applied

I’ve won two keys with 1 hr and 2 hrs unlimited play rewards but havenit been credited. I’m very frustrated because I timed those to when I have time to actually play that much time. How do I get this resolved?

It seems no boosters are being given out that we have won or gained. No extra moves either.

King needs to sort this out.
