For the second time in three weeks, I have lost over 200 lives. Went from 232 to 2 yesterday. My gold bars also disappeared. Who do I contact to get this fixed?
Hi Kim, have you been playing the game on a mobile device?
Please note that the boosters and lives are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
Please write back if your gold bars were rewards or purchases. If they were purchases then I can direct you to someone who can look into your account but for lost lives those cannot be returned.
