Hi, I've purchased a new phone today and I have logged back into candy crush under my username. I was on level 170 but no I'm back onto level 1. Plesse can you help?

Hello Sutywuty. Can I ask if you were connected to FB or The Kingdom? If you had been, you just need to reconnect and your levels will be restored.
