OK, I'm at level 803, and I had to get a new smartphone a couple days ago because the old one died (moment of silence, please). When I installed Candy Crush on my new device and logged into Facebook, the level progress was loaded correctly, but the boosters were gone! Not all gone, but I now have 1 of the striped/packed candy and 2 of the coloured candy. I had dozens of each, how do I get them back? The auto-reply said to relog on Facebook, which I did. Also, when I tried logging in on a web browser, there was a different booster amount showing up. Please help!

Hi Gabriel, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care.
Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars. You can read more about it here:
