How do get my ranking to tranfer to my new iPhone?

Question

I got a new iPhone (8+) yesterday and updated it using the iCloud.  My levels for Candy Crush Saga were transferred to the new phone correctly (level 2457) but my ranking (#2 - Me) was not.  There is no rankings showing on the new phone for individual levels or for the overall ranking.  I am not too concerned about the individual levels but would like to get my overall ranking back.  Is there a way to do that?

No I have never played through. facebook.

Hi Me, I didn't give you an email address so what is the email address that you sent the print screen to?  Have you ever played through Facebook at all?  If you haven't been playing through Facebook and then suddenly opened the game it would start you at level 1 again.  I can get a King Admin to help you with your levels but please play through Facebook because they save your progress.  He will write you here on King Care but please be patient because things are backed up.

Yes I still have no ranking on the new phone. I have been continuing to play in the old phone so the progress in the picture is not accurste now. I will send a screen shot to the email address you contacted me with.  Thanks for your help.

New question: On the old phone I have never logged in with Facebook. Someone told me that might help get my progress updated but someone else said I might lose my progress?????
