Yes, I have a kingdom account. I log in to the same one on both devices on both my windows tablet and iPhone. I even uninstalled it from the windows 10 tablet, cleared ALL the cache, restarted the tablet, then reinstalled it. The level still is not the same as on my iPhone. The iPhone is at level 811 and the tablet at 141. My rank (37) shows up as the same on both devices.
Can I ask if you have a Kingdom account? The levels should sync, and you can try to log out and log back in, and try clearing the cache on your tablet. If that doesn't work, this might be a technical glitch that our Moderator will have to look at for you. Let me know so I can send this to her for you. Have a wonderful day!
I am not using Facebook, nor do I want to. Nor am I using an Android device. It’s a windows 10 based tablet.
