I recently changed phones and tried to follow all the steps to save my data. I was on level 2,200 and have now been moved to 1. Can someone please help me recover my progress?
Hello Scott. I see you have tried to save your progress but that you have lost your levels anyhow after switching to a new device. Have you connected to either The Kingdom or Facebook, because your levels would be saved to them, even if you switch phones. Here is an article that explains it a little more: If you are experiencing issues synchronising the game to your Facebook or King.com account, please try all the options below to resolve the issue: 1. Force close the game and any other apps that are running in the background on your device. 2. Check for any updates to your device's software and the game itself. Out of date software is the main reason for the majority of technical issues. 3. After installing any updates, turn your device off and leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before restarting it. If you are having issues syncing the game to Facebook, try deleting the Facebook app from your device and re-installing it to kick-start the sync process.
