Hi I have updated to all the latest updates and software versions..my candy crush through kingdom and Facebook is not connecting via WiFi or the internet on my iPhone.. it isn’t allowing me to get boosters, treats or challenges.. I can only play the game without being able to log on. I’m scared to delete the app and reinstall it as I am on level 3180 and I would hate to start again from level one should that not help. Please help me as it’s quite frustrating. Ps: I also deleted candy crush app on my Facebook and that didn’t help either.. all my other king games are connecting fine.. it’s only candy crush saga that’s the issue

Hi there, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you still having this issue? Please do NOT delete the app unless it's the last resort. Try clearing the history. Then shut down your mobile device, wait 10 seconds and reopen it. Then log out of Facebook and log back in. Hopefully this will help you connect. You can always delete the Facebook app and reinstall it before deleting your game app.

Hi thank you for responding.. I am still having the problem where I cannot log in to Kingdom or Facebook.. I have deleted the Facebook app as well as candy crush from Facebook and reinstalled Facebook again and it did not help.. I have cleared history as well and it did not help.. this problem has been going on for 2months and I am scared to delete the app as I will go back on my progress by a couple hundred levels.. is there anything else I can do to log in via kingdom or facebook

Hi Fatima Paruk, a glitch regarding the not being able to log in has been reported and they are working on trying to resolve this so please hang in and hopefully it can be resolved soon. I feel sad for you and others who are having difficulty trying to play the game because it has to be so frustrating when you are addicted to playing this game. Hopefully they can resolve this glitch real soon.
