I was playing Candy crush on my laptop on Microsoft store Windows 10. To  finish a level I purchased bars on  Microsoft store,but due to technical error on your part I didn't receive the bars.They were 2 transactions of £1.49 each -Total £2.98. I contacted them for a refund but they asked me to contact you.Can you kindly refund me the said amount of £2.98.

Your Microsoft order no. 8271534145-£1.49 & Your Microsoft order no. 1033609703-£1.49.                                        Sorry this happened .

Kindly refund  £2.98 or add 100 bars to my account.
