Did not receive jackpot winnings!

Question

I won the jackpot tonight and I did not receive my winnings. Contacted King and they sent me an email saying the sites bot does not understand my request. I want my winnings! I pay good money to this game. Now all of a sudden I do not have access to the kingdom when I try logging back in?

Hi there, sorry for the delay in responding.  I am definitely not a bot!  I am a King Superstar and I can elevate this to a King Admin.  But before I do, we must know if you were playing through Facebook or the Kingdom.  If you have here is some information on how to get your ID #:
