Lost all games. I was almost to level 3000 and now I'm back to level 1? How can I get back to my old level.
Hello fellow Laura. Have you been playing on FB or The Kingdom? If you have then all you might have to do is disconnect (or sign out of) and then reconnect to either one and the progress should be saved and restored. It is really important to use either one of these because if you don't connect to the Kingdom or FB, your progress will not be saved, nor your boosters. Let me know if this troubleshooting tip helps, and if it doesn't I can let the Moderator take it. She can look into your account and see if there is anything that can be done to help you.
