I was playing candy crush saga on my laptop on Microsoft Store windows 10.I was trying to clear a level & to clear that level i purchased bars for £1.49 x 2 purchases. Due to technical error on your part I didn't receive the bars.I contacted Microsoft store & they told me to contact you for refunds of £1.49 x 2= £2.98.
