Games progress lost and unable to get it back

Level 1

I have changed phones and followed the instructions provided by Candy Crush to transfer my game progress to the new device but nothing works. I keep getting back to level 1. I have uninstalled Facebook and Candy Crush several times but no success. Please help.

    Hi Bettina,

    Thank you for contacting King Care. Please confirm the account you are logging in with (Facebook or King) on your old device and that it has synced with the server. Then on the new device log in with the exact same account and try to get it to sync with a strong connection to the internet such as WiFi. If still Level 1 can you log in on your computer to King or Facebook on your PC to see what level you are getting there?
