Hi Elsa, I'm playing on a computer and clearing the cache through Chrome settings. Since I sent this I haven't had to reset anything and the setting on the game (in particular the sound, which is why I reset the cache) have remained as set, so no need to have to clear the cache again. But, in doing so I did lose all of my 300+ lives, however after checking, all boosters were still there.The other problem, however, was that the Daily Calendar has disappeared. And this was not only for me, but the three other players that use this computer ??? grrrrrrHi there, sorry for the delay in responding. Where are you laying the game - computer or mobile device? You shouldn't lose anything by clearing the history. How are you clearing it?
