i was at level 2042 and now i m to level 2030 what's wrong?
Hi there, you haven't mentioned whether you play the game on a computer or mobile device. Either way clear the history. If it's on a device then shut it down, wait 10 seconds and then open it again. Open the game and log out of Facebook and log back in. It should bring you back to your current level but if it doesn't, please write back here and I can elevate it to a King Admin who can look into your account and bring you back on track!
BourletStephanie, I'm sorry but progress is no longer done through here. You have to go to the link and follow the directions and if the troubleshooting doesn't work then the last paragraph has a link for you to write them where they can help you with your progress.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
