level 3295, Yet again

Come on, do you ever listen to the feedback loyal players are given you. Cause you keep on making levels harder to the point that they are becoming impossible to pass for players who are not at the top. And therefore get further behind. It's so unfair and I'm rapidly losing the fun of playing. I'm now on level 3295 and here again an reduction of moves, from 28 to 18!!!!!!

I'm really getting the impression it's more about the money than the players. Getting us to pay by making levels impossible. Well I'm not going to pay, I'm going to quit instead. And I think there are many more of us if you keep doing this!!!!

Hi Miriam, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you still having this issue? Do you still need help? A King Admin told me last week that the studio is starting to look into this because so many players are upset that the number of moves keeps changing. I'm not sure where on the priority list this is, but they are checking it out so keep your fingers crossed that we see changes soon.

Hi @Pethel2492! Wow this is a very old message! I'm not sure if any of the online videos have changed in the past few years but my go-to for tips was always with this individual who offers tips along with the videos. If you want to check out level 3295 for Saga you can see what she writes HERE. Is it still a chocolate level? I was never too fond of that chocolate and how it multiplied if you couldn't make a match next to it. Good luck! I have noticed many times here in the support area when a player complains about a specific level they usually end up clearing it the same day. Good luck!
