"Connecting to Facebook Cancelled"

I have seen other posts about this but I have not seen any solutions. Whenever I try to connect to Facebook from my Microsoft app, it says, "connecting to Facebook cancelled." I have tried reinstalling, updating and nothing works. It has been like this for while now and is frustrating because I am ahead on this app and do not want to redo any of these levels. Any suggestions??

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list

Hi. I play since 7o'clock in the morning but my Evolution in Prize Party it's not updatet. I am on the first place since yesterday but even thought I colect orange candies my number it's the same.
