the machine took my gold bars.

it last month the machine took my gold bars by itself I did not push any button. soi get my bars back.i did not buy or ask for anyextra go.isent you email on the day that machine took my ten gold bars . but no goevery answer me back. I never hear from anybody .I email you twice onday once more time next day I think on 28th and29th of last month.

Freeing when using color bombs
There have been minimum 6 instances when the screen has frozen when using color bombs and this results in losing the level. I am fully up to date. A party booster also froze the game.

Critter Catch not working properly
I've had this issue before and it's very frustrating. I click on the butterfly but it's not being counted. Last time I had this happen it didn't count my last 2 butterflies so I didn't get the reward. Today it didn't count 1 (so far). Can you tell me what's going on and that this issue will be fixed? Thanks.
