no Facebook connection

This candy crush tech guy told me my account was hacked and that is why none of my devices will connect to Facebook! Is this true or are there other people having the same issue out there?? How can I get candy crush to at least put me back on level 2886 when I had to reload the app like it told me to, but it still didn’t solve my problem!!!

Good afternoon Julburroghs, my co-Superstar was trying to help you but she has ended up in post moderation so it might not be freed until Monday. We often type words that end us up there and they are innocent lol.

There is a known issue, if you are playing on the windows 10 app. I currently cannot connect to Facebook on my paradise bay and its irritating

If its a different device, please let us know, but if not at least you know its not just you

With regards to the hacking that I have no clue but if you are playing through Facebook I suggest that you change your password ASAP!

Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!

Pins are missing
i was well on my way to completing the pins but the app restarted and now them pins tab is no longer available
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
