Candy Crush Soda Saga doesn't play on Windows Phone
Told me i needed to update. When I couldn't, i updated my Windows 8.1 to windows 10.1. Every time i load Soda it either goes back to the main screen or when I get to the play screen and press play it jumps back to my main ophone menu. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times, turned my phone off and on 5 times and cleared my browser cache., I give up

Still having the same issue. Every now and then I reinstall the game, still the exact same issue, the game loads, takes me to the screen, i select play and it then goes black and my phone returns to it's start page. I can collect free play and boosters but I cannot play and as my laptop is running on windows 7 the version i play through it is an old one that doesn't give me options to get free boosters etc and for some reason even though my levels are synced between the laptop and the phone the boosters I collect on the phone don't register on the version on my laptop and I have been stuck on the same level on my laptop for three months and have ow given up playing completely. Candy Crush, however, works on both my phone and laptop and boosters are synced between the two so not sure why Candy Crush Soda is different.

Hi Rosstebbo, I am going to give you a link to a blog to do some troubleshooting to see if that helps. Do not uninstall the game on a mobile device until you have tried everything else because you will lose all your boosters and lives. Those are saved on your device so any uninstalling or crash or update can cause you to lose everything. Good news finally, my windows phone had a new update today and the update seems to have finally fixed the issue so after 3 months I can finally play Candy Crush Soda on my phone again and I just played by first three games. Hooray!!!
