i cant get candy crush to open . its freezes on light blue screen.anybody else getting this problem

Hi Claire, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care.  A glitch on not being able to connect to the game has been elevated to the studio and they are trying to resolve this now.  People are calling it "the blue screen of death".  So hang in there and hopefully it can be resolved soon.  Can you play the game anywhere else?  Or have you tried their other 3 match games - Candy Crush Soda Saga and Candy Crush Jelly Saga?  Play those until the connection issue is resolved.
