Hi Ivy, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care.  A glitch on connecting the game through Windows 10 has been reported and the studio is trying to find a resolution.  It appears that the players are getting black screens, so I assume that is what you are getting too.  Can you play the game through a browser while waiting for the fix?
