I am a Mac user and have started to face this problem suddenly since the past two days.
Am directed to a weird answer that suggests since Mac users are facing this issue they should turn to Apple for resolution! Seriously??!! Should King not be looking at making the game compatible across platforms/ browsers?! Each app developer does that. Anyways, that was an irrelevant answer; maybe King wants to ensure some players drop out as they platform cannot handle it!
Hi Sparkle, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you still having this issue? Do you still need help? There was glitches on connecting to the game and the studio is working on this and trying to find a resolution. I don't believe that it's an Apple issue because there were also connecting issues with Windows 10 which is Microsoft.
No King does not want players to drop out of the game. Have you played any of their other match 3 games - Candy Crush Soda Saga and Candy Crush Jelly Saga? They are a bit harder but the connections seem to be with Candy Crush Saga so try the other two games while waiting for the resolution.
