Game crashed lost all my rewards, 523 sparkle ball fish, wheel gone, 115 hammers, everything. App is updated wrote in several times just a generic answer

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars. You can read more about it here:

I can try to elevate this to a King Admin to see if the rule can be bent for you but I can't promise anything. You should hear from her at the beginning of the week.
