Purchased new iPad. Candy crush restarted at level one instead of 955. I have tried downloading twice to new device but still restarted at level 1. Can this be corrected.

Hi Adriane, were you playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress. If you haven't then please go to this website and create an account - https://king.com/game/candycrush It says log in because it's my account but it should say create an account if you were never there before. Once you create an account with an email address and password, I want you to get the user ID # from this - https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it
Once you post the user ID # here I can then elevate this to a King Admin who can get you back on track. So if you weren't playing through Facebook or the Kingdom please, please, please make sure that you log in so that this doesn't happen again.
