No account at all need to transfer level 2000+ to Facebook

Asking for Mom... She has been playing Candy Crush on her Ipad and has no king.com or facebook account.  She is on level 2000+ and wants to buy a new Ipad.  When she got the current ipad, she lost all progress and started at Level 1 (still without joining facebook or king.com though I told her to).  She now has a facebook account.  How can I get her 2000 levels to Facebook?   Once again, she has never before registered at King.com or Facebook but has been playing and her current ipad remembers where she is

Hi copeynyc, sorry for the delay in responding.  Yes we can get your mother back on track but your mother needs to play through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save the progress.  I am going to ask you to please get her user ID # by following these instructions:  https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it

Then please write back here with the number and I can then elevate this to a King Admin who can get her back on track!
