Since Microsoft's recent "upgrade" My game does not load with all the graphics...very difficult to play. Any help??

    Hi Jenifer, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care.  Are you still having this issue?   I know that a glitch for playing the game on Windows 10 has been reported.  People are getting black screens.  The studio is aware of this glitch and they are trying to find a resolution.  Can you play the game on a browser in the meantime?  Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Opera?
