I cant get all the graphics--pls help

Thank you for posting on King Care. Pleae make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. What is the device you are playing on? Is it through the game app, Facebook or on the King site? If using a browser which one and have you tried a different one?
Please try some common loading fixes:

Windows 10
