Hi, Candy crush saga Facebook (PC Windows 10) changed the graphics and became very slow in loading.

Why ? Sorry for english !

    Hi alcol1954, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care.  Are you still having this issue?  There was a connection issue reported for Windows 10 where the screen starts and then goes black.  They are trying their best to resolve all connections issues so hang in there and hopefully it will be resolved soon.  Can you play the game anywhere else in the meantime?
