Candy Crush has changed my level
ID: 3576481037 I clicked to play level 2,000 and the game has booted me back to 1,200. It appears my progress in Salty Planet has been saved. I tried to check my app permissions to see if I needed to renew them, but it did not give me that option. Can someone help? It was on my android phone where it first happened, and the same thing is showing on my computer version.

Hi Ryan, sorry for the delay in responding. Let's try some troubleshooting first. Have you been playing through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress. You gave a user ID # so I am assuming that you have been playing through the Kingdom.
Clear out the history on your mobile device. Then shut it down, wait 10 seconds and open it. Now log in with either Facebook or the Kingdom and it should bring you back to your current level.
If nothing works, please write back here and I can then elevate it to a King Admin who can get you back on track.
