Reset Progress After Connecting to Facebook

I'm transferring some data from my Aunt's old phone to the new one. She was lvl 1762 on the old phone, and it wasn't connected to Facebook.

After connecting the old phone to Facebook, it reset the progress to lvl 1.

I saw a few threads having a similar issue, and they all ended with a private message, which wasn't helpful. Please advise.

Anytime Harry! The SuperStars try to get to the posts as quickly as we can so we can pass it on to the Mod as quickly as possible, and sometimes life kind of gets in the way so we can't answer right away...but I know that I find great pleasure in helping other players and especially the ones who get so frustrated because I have been there. Is it still on level 1? The Mod may be still be able to help you get back to the level you were.

I have sent this to the Moderator. She might be able to restore progress manually for you but I have to tell you that you really should connect either to FB or The Kingdom (email) or else your progress will be lost if you reset or transfer to another device. It is important to connect to save not only your lives but your gold and any boosters you buy. Thanks for writing. Have a good one.

Hi, a day ago I lost my double bomb during a continiously winning strike. And it never came back. Won several lanes afterwards, but it doesn't activate again? You know, win four lanes and we're rolling again? Thx.
