I had quite a few boosters for my game. All of a sudden they have disappeared. Please help!

I had several boosters saved up and all of sudden they have all disappeared. I save them up for harder levels which is what I like to think of as strategic game play. This is the second time its happened. Fortunately they were given back last time, so I hope the same happens today. Thanks.

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars. I can try to elevate this to a King Admin who might be able to help you but it's the weekend so you won't hear anything from her until the beginning of the week.
