Can someone reset my progress back to nothing because I have not played in a while and would like to start playing again from the beginning?

Hi Jacob, here is a tip on how to start your progress again: https://care.king.com/en/alphabetty-saga/superstar-information-post-how-can-i-get-back-to-level-1 But keep in mind that if you don't play through Facebook you might lose your progress. If you never played through Facebook now might be your time to log in and start with level 1 again.
