Why has half the picture gone missing on my candy crush??

When i log on to game it only comes up with half of the details, so i am unable to play,

Hi Verina, thank you for writing us here on King Care. Where are you playing the game - computer or mobile device? I know that there is a problem when playing the game on Windows 10 - it's not opening up properly. Could you possibly do a print screen so that we can see what you are seeing?
