after windows10 update, I cant get c c s, it starts download, running, loading, but screen flashing black, and continues through each section of the game, music playing also

Hi Carol, sorry for the delay in responding? Are you still having trouble with this? Do you still need help? I know that there was a loading issue with Windows 10 after the update. The studio is trying to resolve this.
